Im encountering this issue in Community edition 2.2 in a distributed mode ... I'm trying to delete from the admin console , using SQL ..
delete EDGE where @class="LINK_REASON" and OBJECTREF is NULL getting oconcurrentmodificationexception during DELETE due to version mismatch . same issue face when trying to execute on any node in the cluster ..
