Hi Gerardo, I don't think I would put these all in the same category. The first one is a three-dimensional swivel fold; the second is either a pair of radial pleats on each corner, or a three-dimensional squash fold, both descriptions will work; and the third is again a swivel fold, but two are done at once. I don't think there's a need to come up with another name for any of these, existing terms work well enough.
