If you use origami.com at all for the diagrams on there, you may notice a shift to origami.org. For the longest time, I took the road less traveled by and ignored offers for origami.com, including some that matched or exceeded what I make in a year. Some friends who knew about the amounts of these offers thought I was crazy for saying no, but I was concerned about origami.com as a resource for the community. The offer I've said yes to includes ownership of origami.org - it's a domain I can work with instead of something like origamiallthecontenthere.com or something equally horrible. And I hope it's a domain the community can work with as well. All traffic should be redirected from .com to .org, so the content won't be lost, and Google should update its search links. I didn't want to say yes to something that would result in having a site that couldn't be found.
The next step is a very overdue redesign of the site to expand content and function. To that end, if anyone has diagrams they'd like to share via the site, please email me directly - I would like to expand that resource.
