The Japanese writing on my book (AY01) seems the same, but cover format is a little different. I purchased Origami Dokuhon 1 - An Origami Primer 1, 66 pp, ISBN: 4821604086, (1999) from the Sasuga Japanese Bookstore in 2006 for about $30 USD. I think it was originally published in 1973 (or 1957?). I believe that they are out of business.
