Actually Leyla, I thought you commented on the star, but I could not find
anything. It is not your Patagonia star either. It has 5 points and when the
5th point is connected - it causes the center to raise into a dome shaped
swirl pattern. I am just kicking myself for having put off making it - so
busy - and kept thinking I could quickly make it on Christmas Eve to take
with me on Christmas day. Obviously that isn't going to happen, but would
like the diagrams so I could make it for all my family for next years
ornament. It is really beautiful and quite distinctive. I plan on making
your puffy stars too. Thanks for checking for me.
It had been posted to the origami list in December - possibly November - but
I think December.
