Find someone that loves to fold exacting grids and beg, bribe, make friends with them for some pre-creased paper :-) I use a KNK Zing which is 14 inches wide. http://knkusa.com/shop/knk-zing/ There are many other such devices that are computerized cutting machines with the cutting head switched out to crease or score the paper.
