We have plenty of standard single rooms for the Edinburgh Convention
reserved for us and a limited number of Ensuite single rooms .I have to ask
the University if there are any double/twin rooms left each time someone
requests one.
If you want a double/twin room please get your booking in early or they may
all have gone to other organisations/ general public.
I need to check with the university if anyone wants extra nights either side
of the convention weekend as again they are not part of our contract and may
have gone to other people.
We do need payment with bookings as the double/twin rooms will be held
specially for us once I tell the university.

you can work out the price from this form, if you are sending a cheque or
credit card number I can check availabily for double /twin rooms and let you
know if one is not available. If paying by Paypal I can refund you for the
extra nights if a room is not free.
