I can relate to that.
Without origami to keep me occupied - folding one-handed or not - I might just have gone out of my mind with despondency, worries, and the grinding boredom during my forty-day hospitalization. Origami in fact was the bridge to new friends who have become my ardent supporters during the long road to recovery, fuelled my determination, and opened some doors which may otherwise have remained unopened.
