It is used as a wind and water-restistant layer between the sheathing and the siding in house construction. The TYPAR brand comes in 9 x 100ft (2.75 x 30m) rolls. It's a bit springy when folded, but holds a crease fairly well, is almost impossible to tear, and does not have a noticable grain direction. I haven't tried folding with it other than wrapping it around buildings. Your local building supply center will most likely carry a similar product, or you might get lucky if you visited a construction site and asked nicely for a cutoff or roll end. Good luck! Scott
