Further to my note the other day about model attributions in my new E-book, I 
should point out that I wasn't grousing about anyone else but myself when I 
complained that nobody had spotted any models potentially mis-attributed.  Any 
issues like that are all my own responsibility and those people who proof-read 
my book were of course only asked to check that the instructions themselves 
made sense.
