I am unable to shed light on the traditional rose, but I like to mention
that Brian Chan's Long stemmed rose (or One Sheet Rose, as published in
a post-2005 Tanteidan Annual Collection) seems to be missing from your
list.
Quite recently, Boon came out with the RR ros . Based on the classic
Kawasaki Rose, this rose has a more concentric centre. A photo of the
rose can be seen at

of the roses on your list are also derivitives of the Kawasaki Rose.
