There have been no announcements from the organizers on program/excursion details. To the best of my knowledge (I am not on the organizing committee) those dates are all correct, and fit with what has been posted on the 6OSME website; to Ravi's text, I have added the locations of the two Tokyo events (which are different, but close to each other, and should not necessitate participants changing hotels.
