The short version: there seems to be nothing we can do to reliably get around the changes that Yahoo and AOL have made.
So, until we come up with something else, Yahoo and AOL members just cannot post to the list. If you are a member of either of those services, and wish to do anything other than "lurk" on the list, you'll need to either get an account at another ISP, or send mail to the list admins: [email protected] and we'll forward it on for you. I'm setting the list back to its normal, from-is-the-author settings. But do consider putting your email address in your signature in all your messages, anyway.
