For those of you attending the convention(s) in Japan this August (6OSME
and Origami Tanteidan):

This year there will be a one-day excursion on August 18th (Monday), right
after the 20th Origami Tanteidan Convention.

We will go to Shizuoka to visit the Yoshizawa exhibition at the Sano Art
Museum, the Tokushu Tokai Paper museum, and Kakitagawa Park, where you can
see one of the most beautiful springs in Japan. We'll stop for lunch at a
restaurant at the Gotemba Kogen Resort near Mt. Fuji. Total cost, including
lunch, will be around Y6000-8000 (approx. $US60-80).

Due to space limitations, participation will be limited to convention
attendees (either 6OSME or Tanteidan) only. If there is extra space
available (e.g. for family members, etc.) it will be announced as early as
possible.
