Dear Olist friends.
For the better part of this year I was trying my hand with jewelry making. Not
just from paper, but brass and thin wood, as well.

It took me awhile to be able to control metal or wood sheets and fold them as I
fold paper. I also wanted to make sure all other parts of the jewelry are to my
satisfaction, so I tried my hands with the hacksaw, the file and the burner.

Although it is not paper, all the folded parts are truly folded, by hand.

On my site you can see 8 examples:

there are rings, bracelets and pendants.

If you happen to be on the coming CDO convention, I will be there, and present
most of them.

All the best,
Ilan Garibi
