Hi All,
Origami history seems to be a hot topic and as an awesome community of origami professionals, I do not want to let us be forgotten. Understanding this, I propose EVERYBODY HERE, writes something biography style and submit it to the list. Here is my example: Lisa B. Corfman: Origami, the heart of Lisa's craft since 2001, is her rock. Lisa first learned about the origami crane's healing gift through an Intercultural Club. She was guided by professors at Endicott College where she earned her degree in Fine Arts and gained a passion for simplicity. Lisa exhibits her work at craft fairs, gallery shows, special events and at a permanent installation at Town Pizza in Needham, MA. Founder and owner of Rocky Arts Unfolded, she delights in providing the blossoming artist with a secure Rock of achievement. As founder of Rocky Arts Unfolded, Lisa captures the essence of paper through the company's origami goods and services. --See her educational life story is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbxAEGyorXA <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbxAEGyorXA&feature=youtu.be> &feature=youtu.be. I am willing to include ALL statements on my website (with permission granted). A picture of you or something that represents you would be great. If you wish to submit a longer entry, please email me off-list at [email protected], so not to flood the list. I am no David Lister but I am ready to take a step up and help our community make history; I look forward to any and all responses! Let's Celebrate Ourselves, Lisa
