Going to the Origami Database and putting "centaur" in the search box yields quite a few results (ignoring a couple of beetles that have the string "centaur" in their name, and one that seems likely to be a translation mistake: why would a centaur be in a book titled "origami dinosaurs"?) Anyway, perhaps he has access to some of the books listed there? The crease pattern and - good news for we non-crease-pattern folders - the diagrams are online for a Centaur by MIYAJIMA Noboru (NB: name written in Japanese name order): Gallery page: http://origami-fantasia.com/centaur.html Diagrams: http://origami-fantasia.com/diagram/centaur.pdf Hope that's useful!
