Hi This is not exactly origami but could be of interest for some on this list, since it is about origami cranes but with a twist.
There is this artist named Jeremy Grant-Levine who is doing a kickstarter that ends in late September for a whole year during which he will make 1000 "origami" cranes in blown glass.
