I always understood that the books were a one-off and only available to
participants. After the 'secret' period (usually February) all designers are
free to do with their designs what they want. So I'm highly surprised that
you still have them in your system and that anyone can order them.
I prefer to stick to the original plan and make the book available to the
participants only and let them decide when and where to distribute their
designs/diagrams. Maybe a book of photos can be available to everyone
interested and then they can contact the designer for diagrams themselves.

PS: I would be very disappointed when the Christmas Book would stop to
exist, I still think it's a great idea.
