The deadline for abstract submission for 7th International Meeting on Origami in Science, Mathematics and Education (7OSME) is 1st December 2017.
The 7OSME website is now open to receive abstract submissions for presentations at the conference. Details of the submission process, via a conference management system known as Easychair, can be found on our website. Both abstracts and full papers should be submitted through Easychair: If you do not have an account with Easychair, use the link provided above to create an account. Full details can be found here; http://osme.info/7osme/submission.html [1] Before 1st December 2017, only abstracts are required. These submissions will be reviewed by the technical committee and a decision will be made on the suitability of the proposal to be developed into a full paper for 7OSME. This decision will be made no later than 6th February 2018. Abstracts are invited in s standard format comprising a 2-page of A4 / letter PDF format. Two templates are provided on the website, one in MS Word and the other in LaTeX. You may include figures and tables in your submission. We aim to make the proceedings of 7OSME available at the meeting, which will then be published as a book entitled "Origami7". As a result, the gap between notification of acceptance of abstracts and the deadline for full paper submission becomes rather short. Hence, templates for the full paper are provided below, and you are encouraged to start preparing the full paper now. We look forward to receiving your submission. Please also forward this email to any researchers or interested parties who may wish to contribute to research into Origami and folding structures. We look forward to seeing you all in Oxford in September 2018 Best wishes Mark Bolitho on behalf of the 7OSME organising commitee Links: ------ [1] http://www.wmlogin.co.uk/./#NOP
