Last month I shared a couple of questions through the list in relation to the earrings I was making with a friend. I received very useful answers from other members from the list. Thank you again : )
I thought I'd share pictures of the folds I made for the earrings with you guys: "Nativity Stable", created by me in 2011. -Wrapping paper made from brown kraft paper. -It has clear nail polish coatings. https://scontent-mia3-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/25353931_1975147745834527_ 6629306727154015771_n.jpg?oh=d7b77d00ad50e6d88b8141e728619ce5&oe=5AD38DCC "Boxed Fortune Teller", created by me in 2015. -Handmade paper made by the origamist Fabian Correa. -It has PVA wood sealant coatings. https://scontent-mia3-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/25395715_1975147662501202_ 4396759424029410382_n.jpg?oh=8cebf32b04c5cc7a797617847b2d8627&oe=5AB4A0C7 I made the folds completely, then I unfolded the paper, after that I applied the coatings. Once they were dry, I made the folds once more. The nail polish was perfect for the kraft wrapping paper, but it made Fabian Correa's paper too brittle for folding. That's why I ended up using PVA wood sealant instead. Hope you like them. Can't wait to see them as earrings =D
