[Origami] Kawasaki rose question

Hi All,

Does anybody know the relationship between the size of the starting square and 
diameter of the finished model for the Kawasaki Rose? I’m looking for the 
finished size when I start with a 6”, 10”, 12”, or 18” sheet.
