I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think that is a dodecahedron.  It may be an 
icosahedron.

If I recall correctly, Gay Merrill Gross also has a single sheet icosahedron

This particular model is fun because it is a "trick" icosahedron.  It is 
imbalanced so it can be made to appear as if it rolls erratically by itself.
