Hi,I don't know who was the folder, but this video was generated in 2012 after 
Hurricane Sandy. 
It's a great video and an important message but I am interested in how they can 
re-appropriate the video.  Is the video for sale? Is the video made/used by the 
same organization as the one using it today for the CA fires?  is it a public 
domain video? Hmm
