Hi,
As the British Origami Society PR Officer I have been
contacted by a cruise director to see if anyone is available to
teach origami on a cruise ship.
Some BOS members have already been on cruises organised with this
contact. An agency, on behalf of MSC Cruises.
They have had a great time, so we know it's a genuine offer.
You will have to fly to meet the ship at the port of departure and
then home again from the destination.
The date details are below, as well as links to a web page
advertising the trip to the public.
There will be several origami classes to teach on board the ship,
usually 2 per day while it is at sea. Exact number of classes will
depend on the cruise.
You will need experience of teaching origami and have a good number
of models to teach.
In the past this sort of trip has included a free cruise with free
food and lodging aboard the ship.
All travel expenses are paid and some have had an additional payment
as well.
It might be possible to take a partner along but they will have to
pay for their own travel.
You will need to check with the contact to confirm all the details.
