Sy Chen alerted us in a recent post of the following, “Washington National
Cathedral <http://www.cathedral.org/> will host a new art exhibit showcasing
thousands of paper doves suspended from the Cathedral’s vaulted,...”

It’s heartwarming to hear about this current installation in another house of
worship. I am delighted to share that my church (St. Paul’s Lutheran In
Ardmore, PA), has had a dove mobile installation in the sanctuary for over a
decade, albeit in a much smaller scale. St. Paul’s serves as our meeting place
for our local group (The Greater Philadelphia Paper Pholders [GP^3]) in
healthier times. Our group folded the doves and they are on permanent display
throughout most of the liturgical year, but for Lent, and reappear on Pentecost
Sunday. It is my hope that the pandemic will be under control and well behind
us, and restrictions relaxed before the end of May so that we can all go and
see the masterpiece.

On that note, I wish everyone a safe and healthy holidays. May 2021 usher in
more cures to SARS-CoV2 and I look forward to folding with many of you again in
person soon.

Be well,
Belle
