I haven't participated in an origami ATC swap lately, but traded many times
for years.... but *Never* experienced a trade that didn't adhere to the
traditional ATC dimensions that you mention - *Size: 6.4 x 8.9cm (2.5 x 3.5
in)*
In my experience that size is world-wide.
