Hello everyone,
My name is Kavin Aggarwal, and I am a high school student located in Michigan
with a strong interest in origami, engineering, and research. I have been
passionate about origami since I was very young, and I am especially interested
in how origami can be applied to engineering, mathematics, structures, and
other real-world problems.
I am currently looking for an opportunity to gain research experience related
to origami. I would be very grateful for the chance to volunteer, shadow,
assist with a project, or learn from someone working in the field. I am open to
both in-person and remote opportunities and am willing to contribute wherever I
can.
I have also started Origami for Hope, a community service initiative where I
teach origami to residents at senior living communities and students at my
school.
If you know of any researchers, professors, or organizations doing origami
research who may be open to having a high school student get involved, I would
greatly appreciate any recommendations or introductions.
