Bug:

I added the following [incorrect] line to server.xml as follows:

<web-app name="news" name="news-web" root="/news" />

(this happened coz I was entering the info in the news app readme.txt
and mixed up instructions 2) & 3).

Anyway, Orion reported 'duplicate attribute name: "name"' - correct
message. However when I edited server.xml to fix the problem, I found
that orion hadn't closed the server.xml file - so I couldnt save the
corrected config. Down server - save - up server - all ok now.
