I haven't used Orion 0.9 yet, but I would hope it would not run any
different than 8.2, so maybe check the JNDI environment variables that you
are passing into the InitialContext() and make sure they are valid. i.e.,
check the principals.xml file and get rid of any "deactivated" lines if they
are there.
