Installing SSL

This is possibly a problem with my installation but still.....

I followed the "ssl-howto.txt" to create a secure site. The problem is that
the first thing I run into when doing

keytool -genkey -keyalg "RSA" -keystore keystore -storepass 123456
-validity 360

is the error:

"keytool error: KeyPairGenerator not available"
