Resource refs are not usable in Orion?

 Dear orion team,

I am having a problem developing a BMP entity ...

I would like to obtain the data source used by the bean via a
resource-ref, however there is no documentation of how to do that anywhere
in the orion zip file/web site. Can we specify resource refs?

Another similar problem relates to JMS resource refs; are you going to
support JMS factories? Is it already a supported feature? Are you going to
support store and forward?
