RMI JVM_BIND

I was running Orion .90 on Win98 fine. 
I now am trying it out on Win2k Pro.
When I execute the orion.jar file I am getting the error:

Error starting RMIServer: IO Ereror: Address in use: JVM_Bind.

What is causing this?
