Hello Garret,
Orion 0.9.6 is so far only available through auto-update for a few reasons. We
currently running the 0.9.6 zip trough our test suites to try to discover any
problems that might have been added since 0.9.4 and don't want to change the
link on the site until this is done.
We are also making sure the examples are working with a fresh install of the
zip and is preparing the info needed about 0.9.6.
One thing if you choose to upgrade. Due to changes, you may need to recompile
your taglibraries for them to work.
