orion-ejb-jar.xml goes in the ejb/orion directory. There is a hint of this
in the orion-ejb-jar.xml.html file, but only a hint.

How can I package an application so that orion-ejb-jar.xml is not recreated,
but reused instead...
If I put orion-application.xml in the META-INF folder of my ear, it is taken
into account... But I cannot get orion-ejb-jar.xml to be taken into account
(in the ejb/META-INF, or anywhere else...).
We are 6 developpers working on the same project, and this file must be
shared and source controlled !
I am still using 1.0, shall I upgrade to 1.0.3b ?
