deploying orion-web.xml

Hello,

i know how to deploy an "orion-ejb-jar.xml" - and it works fine.

is it also possible to deploy an "orion-web.xml"?
i'd like to set "development and directory-browsing" parameters at deploy-time.

adding an "orion/orion-web.xml" to the .war file does not work.

any hints?
