How to use third-party java package ??

Hello:

If I have a third-party java package like Jacob.jar, I want use it with my servlet in 
the Orion Server.
What ???.xml do I need setup in the Orion Server ?
I try to add 
<compiler classpath="../lib/jacob.jar" executable="javac" />
in the orion\config\server.xml.
But it doesn't work correctly.
