I thought I remembered a posting by karl stating that there are bugs in
jdk1.2.1 that are known to cause problems with orion but I might be wrong
(or maybe you haven't run into the jdk 1.2.1 bugs just yet ;-).
just out of curiousity, where did you get a jdk1.2.1 for linux? I only know
of 1.2.2 blackdown, 1.2.2 sun-inprise and 1.3 sun and ibm.
