Yes, I have.  I don't know if this makes a difference but I only server secure pages.  Their is no normal http web site.

I'm seeing a similar behavior once I've switched to SSL.  Session timeout seems to work fine non-SSL but times-out in 1-2 minutes with SSL.

 

Have you come up with a solution yet?
