When I did a search on www.northernlight.com for "open source java object database", I
found this site: http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Databases/Object-Oriented/.
Please look at Ozone and db4o. I'm not sure how good they are, but they probably fit
the bill.

Subject: Any Open Source Java Object database
Hi,
I am sorry for posting this question on this forum,
but still I feel that somebody can help me. I am
looking for some Open Source Java object database to
be used for local caching of data fetched from a main
database. Any suggestions?
TIA
Vimal
