Second time I've sent this message. What causes this problem?

I see people chating about Orion 1.4.4, but I only see 1.4.0 for the latest
binaries from www.orionserver.com. Where are people getting this 1.4.4
version? Is it stable? Or is the official stable version still 1.3.8?
