EJBMaker won't reload saved skeleton files

I am having a problem loading .skeleton files that I saved previously (same
version of EJBMaker) back into the tool.  Every time I click open and select
the file I get "Untitled EJB Package 2" instead of the package that I saved.
I opened the file in VI to ensure that its not empty and it appears to have
the data that I saved in it.  Any help would be appreciated.

PS. The OS I'm using is Win 2k running Cygwin as the command interperter.
Also I'm working with Orion 1.3.8
