Its in Servlet2.3. If you have latest version of orion you can add
orion.jar to your IDE's classpath.

I am trying to compile the filter example from orionsupport.com but I
get an error because my IDE cannot locate the class FilterChain, which
is not inside orion.jar (version 1.4.0).
Any suggestions?
