Questions about the orion-ejb-jar.xml file

I have a few questions regarding the orion-ejb-jar.xml file.   1) Do I have to create this my self, or will orion create it for me when the ear is deployed? 2) Do I include this file within my ear, and if so where does it go?   Matt
