Or set the return status code back to 200 since I really don't see a reason why I would like to return 500 if my error page will be probably shown. However, that works fine with Netscape but not with Internet Explorer. Does anyone have any idea? The following is the error page tag that I put.   <error-page>   <error-code>500</error-code>   <exception-type>java.lang.Exception</exception-type>   <location>error_500.jsp</location> </error-page>   I tried to put the whole URL in the location field, but it was of no use.
