You will also get this alert if your certificate doesn't exactly match your url with domain name that you used to get the certificate...   https://secure.mycompany.com will work if that is the domain name registered with the certificate. But if you are on  a intranet, and the server name (mycomputer, for example) doesn't match the  domain name, you will get this error.
