Redirection of HTTP requests

Hi

Here is a set of lines that we add to server.xml in a Tomcat server to redirect http 
requests:
<Context path="/soap" 
   docBase="c:/ApacheSoap/soap-
   2_0/webapps/soap"debug=
   "1" reloadable="true">
</Context>

What files need to be updated to get a similar functionality with Orion?
