Struts help?

Hello -   I'm having a little trouble getting the struts-example application working... and before I spend a lot of time trying to do so, I'd like to know if anyone else has already expended the effort.  Has anyone got some experience with Struts & Orion?   Thanks in Advance,   Chad Stansbury
