Server sometime stop responding (prompt of server is freezed)

hi,
I have an application on an orion server who stop responding for unknown
reasons.
But I have no way to find what's is wrong.
A CTRL-C comand make it go again (not stop and restart, just unfreeze
the prompt )
Does any  know why, and how to fix it?
