There is a free tool at http://www.provision6.com that
intercepts and logs all database statements of any
application that uses JDBC. This is particularly
useful, for example, for monitoring the SQL generated
by entity beans.
There are no code changes required to your
application, and setup is very easy. There are
explicit instructions for installing under Orion.
